I write about digital wellbeing, mindfulness, focus, creativity, current trends, our brain, and other topics.
The goal with Micro-Mindful is to help people get into their own meditation practice and to live more examined and fulfilling lives. Mindfulness is like a muscle, and in contrast to physical exercise, it’s hard to visualize progress. I’m here to tell you that it’s possible to practice mindfulness in many different ways.
There are so many flavors of meditation, and I encourage you to find yours. Meditation doesn’t always mean closing your eyes, and sitting in stillness. You can eat mindfully, you can commute mindfully (yes, it’s possible), and you can overall live a more mindful life. Embrace your mind with curiosity, and you’ll be surprised at what you find.
You can expect occasional posts (usually Monday morning because those are great right?)
I’m glad you’re here.
All the best,
Nicolai

PS. Follow the feeling!
PPS. I want this publication to be free for everyone. If you want to support me, you can pay for a subscription (pay whatever you want), or consider becoming part of my Inner Circle.
My Inner Circle receives:
Early access to new mindful challenges
Chat with other founding members and help build Micro-Mindful, together
One last thing: I have a referral program going.
3 referrals = Reclaim Focus: A 7-Day Field Manual (Audio journey + 26 page focus manual with additional explanations and exercises, meant for people who need a place to start)
5 referrals = Micro-Mindful Playbook (Specific everyday mindful exercises based on your personality)
10 referrals = 12-month Inner Circle Access (Become a founding member, support Micro Mindful, and chat with me, fun right?)
In Micro-mindful, I share observations on how we can be a bit more mindful each day. I also share takes on what the future of digital wellbeing should be, and sometimes I drop new creative projects or challenges. If you want access to these and to support future ones, become a subscriber so you get notified.
